Our story

What started off as a daily routine quickly turned into a passion.  Time for Tea was founded in Hong Kong and is a collection of exclusive products centered around afternoon tea.  I have carefully curated a range of bespoke items that I believe enhance the tradition of tea drinking.  Being appointed as the sole distributor of Mono Filio products for Hong Kong was a great honour and testament to the success of my brand. I hope you enjoy browsing the selection of products and I look forward to adding more bespoke items to my range.

Teatime to me is a tranquil moment to collect thoughts, relax and indulge.  Many people often have their favourite type of tea that they have for breakfast and for afternoon tea, but I believe that tea should be much more than that.  It is an experience and a routine that elevates the simple act and starts the day off with a touch of luxury.  Our elegant teapot allows you to gently warm your tea of choice, whether it be our decadent Earl Grey, vibrant green tea, or our very special fasting tea, all of which are loose leaf and picked for their depth of flavour.  

 Teatime is a wonderful time of the day, whether it be taken as you watch the sun rise, or instead taken with friends as a glorious afternoon tea.  Sharing the pleasure of our amazing tea is a fabulous way to connect with old friends and fill the room with deep laughter.  To set the scene, simply light a few of our wonderfully natural beeswax candles and lay the table with our delightful placemats and napkin rings.
